Essential for all serious wine collectors. The wine cellar instrument monitors temperature and humidity and displays the current reading and up to 3000 sets of logged data for long-term monitoring of your wines and their environment. Comes complete with PC connection and software to view the logged data.

This product uses the DCF CET time signal from Frankfurt with a time zone offset to synchronise the clock & date and is suitable for use throughout Europe.
